Hellenic Association for Energy Economics

The Hellenic Association for Energy Economics is a nonpartisan, nonprofit, research organization, dedicated to providing an interdisciplinary forum for the exchange of knowledge, information, experience among energy industry experts, academics, government, and other professionals interested in energy economics.

HAEE was founded in Greece in 2015 and is the official affiliate of the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE), a leading, worldwide, non-profit professional organization based in the United States with members in over 100 nations.

The main goal of the project was the design of a clean website suitable to the academic and corporate orientation of the association.

Some of the key features of the website are:

1. e-shop functionality for digital products (HAEE reports and books)
2. online HAEE/IAEE member registration and membership renewal
3. a vertical menu that would be able to accommodate multiple root pages
4. direct access to any page of the website using the multi-level vertical menu
5. protected area for active HAEE members featuring:
   1. a members directory
   2. member's only material 
   3. discounted prices on proprietary material
   4. member's information management
6. multiple page layouts in order to best display category specific information (publications, membership types, events, speakers, sponsors, etc) 
7. flawless function of the website in any device
