About the project
The Building Energy Efficiency Marketplace (BEEM), designed and developed by Noetiκ for the Hellenic Regulatory Authority for Waste, Energy and Water (RAAEY), marks a new era in the energy upgrade of buildings in Greece. The design is custom, with a strong focus on usability, simplicity, and clarity of information, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience for every user – from consumers to professionals.
A key feature of the platform is the Building Energy Saving Calculator, an easy-to-use tool that allows users to assess the energy performance of their buildings and receive personalized recommendations for energy-saving measures. In this way, the platform enhances transparency, supports informed decision-making, and accelerates the transition toward a more sustainable energy future.
The Hellenic Regulatory Authority for Waste, Energy and Water (RAAEY) is the independent national body responsible for regulating and shaping the markets of energy, water, and waste management in Greece.
