Design and development of a booking website for Yours Car Rental company. We created the new website with the primary goal of reflecting the company's prestige and reliability, aiming to increase direct online bookings.

During the design process, we focused on optimizing the booking procedure, allowing users to enter their preferences, choose a vehicle, additional services, and insurance coverage, and finalize their booking by paying with their credit card, all in just four steps. In two of these steps, the system offers upgrades that users can accept with a single click.

The technical challenges of the project include the following:

• API integration with the company's channel manager.
• API integration with the company's email marketing platform.
• Detailed Data layers contributing significant insights to the company's analytics.
• Distinct terms and conditions per country, station, or customer origin (for the USA).
• Online payments via Stripe.
  Automatic refunds in case of cancellation, either directly by the customer or by a representative through the central information system.
