About the Project

The design of the Kentriki-Savills website -the official associate of Savills in Greece- aimed to deliver a digital presence that combines global reputation with local expertise. Through a clean and structured design, the website presents the company’s broad real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, agricultural, and leisure (mixed-use) properties.

The project was developed on Umbraco CMS, offering a stable and flexible content management environment with scalability and multilingual support. Special attention was given to intuitive navigation, clear categorization of property types, and a professional, trustworthy aesthetic that enhances user confidence and engagement.

Kentriki-Savills has been the official associate of Savills in Greece since 1997, making it one of the superbrand’s longest-standing international partnerships. Operating across Greece, Cyprus, and the Balkans, the company specializes in commercial and residential properties, agricultural land, and mixed-use developments.

With a strategic and data-driven approach, the Kentriki Real Estate team supports investors, developers, and businesses with tailored services designed to maximize value backed by decades of experience and the strength of the global Savills network.
