Information Security Policy

NOETIK implements an Integrated Management System that complies with the ISO 27001:2022 standard for Information Security and is committed to:

• Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information processed, stored, or transmitted electronically or physically through the company’s personnel and information systems.

• Timely and effective identification and response to emergencies related to breaches (or potential breaches) of the company’s information security.

• Safeguarding the information security policy and objectives, which have been established in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.

• Protecting the company’s investment in information and communication technologies.

• Complying with Greek and European legislation on personal data protection, communication privacy, intellectual property rights, etc., within its area of activity.

• Continually improving the Information Security Management System.

• Defining operational requirements regarding the availability of information systems.

• Identifying interested parties and internal/external issues relevant to the company’s operational context.

• Implementing a risk assessment process to identify threats and opportunities.

NOETIK’s Management provides the necessary resources to support the Integrated Management System with a focus on Information Security, equips its personnel with the necessary knowledge, and raises awareness on information security issues by leveraging their skills and capabilities.

NOETIK fully acknowledges the objectives of the Integrated Management System and supports their implementation.
