Quality Policy

NOETIK has developed and implements an Integrated Management System that includes Quality (Quality Management System) in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, with the scope: “INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES.”

The Management of the company is committed to maintaining the Integrated Management System consistently and with a focus on delivering products and services of stable and recognized quality. This Policy Statement represents the company’s commitment to comply with national laws, EU and regulatory directives, the requirements of applicable standards, and the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System. The company is committed to fully adhering to and implementing the legislation governing its operations.

To effectively implement the above, NOETIK establishes quality objectives at all levels of its operations. The achievement of these objectives is reviewed and evaluated by Management as part of the scheduled Reviews of the Integrated Management System, with the ultimate goal of its continuous improvement.

Management is committed to the ongoing training and engagement of employees in the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System. This policy covers all company activities, is communicated and made available both internally and to relevant interested parties, as appropriate, and it is ensured that it is applied at all levels, with the primary aim of cultivating awareness of the System’s Principles and Philosophy.

Through the unwavering commitment of Management to the principles outlined in this Policy—and more broadly, throughout the entire scope of the company’s Integrated Management System—the company aims for the continuous and steady growth of its business activity as a result of meeting customer requirements and the ongoing enhancement of the quality of its products and services.
