UX |CX Awards 2025: Three new awards for Noetik

This year, Noetik was honored with two Silver and one Bronze award at the UX|CX Awards 2025, the leading institution that celebrates best practices and innovations in user and customer experience design. These distinctions reaffirm our commitment to creating meaningful, functional, and delightful digital experiences.

The awards ceremony took place on Tuesday, September 23, at the Anais Club, in a glamorous evening organized by Boussias Events. Now in its 4th consecutive year, the institution has established itself as a benchmark for recognizing innovative solutions that elevate user and customer experience.

Among the projects that stood out was the Building Energy Efficiency Marketplace (BEEM) of RAEY of RAAEY, developed and designed by Noetik, which won a Silver award in the “Best in Energy” category. As the first national digital platform for energy efficiency investments, BEEM was recognized for its contribution to the sustainable energy transition, empowering the connection between citizens and providers through innovative digital services.

Another highlight was EventsAdmin, which earned a Silver award in the “Best in Education & Academic” category and a Bronze award in the “Best Use of Customer Platform” category. This pioneering academic conference management platform already supports more than 90 conferences annually across 9 countries, streamlining every stage of organization with advanced digital tools.

These distinctions bring us great joy and pride, as they are the result of the team’s collective effort. They remind us why we love what we do and give us even more energy to continue with passion and creativity.

As every year, the institution also honored the top distinctions of the competition. The big winners of the UX|CX Awards 2025 were Happyonline, named UX|CX Agency of the Year, and Piraeus Bank, awarded UX|CX Brand of the Year.

The success of this year’s event would not have been possible without the valuable contribution of the Jury, whose expertise and objectivity highlighted the best practices and the most innovative approaches in user and customer experience design. During the ceremony, it was announced that Dr. Emmanouela Magganari would take over as the new President of the UX|CX Awards, while Ms. Eirini Rigopoulou was honored with a commemorative award for her significant contribution as President of the Evaluation Committee during 2024–2025.

These three new awards add to last year’s distinctions at the UX|CX Awards 2024, as well as our recognition at the Digital Media Awards, BITE Awards, Green Brand Awards, and E-Volution Awards, once again affirming Noetik’s creativity and expertise.
